Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how users can request deletion of data accessed by RigelX Infotech through its application business-feed-pipeline when connecting an Instagram Business or Creator account.

Overview
The App accesses Instagram data only after explicit authorization and solely for the purpose of displaying Instagram media on an associated website.
What Data We Collect
When you authorize your Instagram Business or Creator account through business-feed-pipeline, we may collect and store the following information, as permitted by Meta:
- Instagram account ID
- Public profile information (username, profile picture)
- Instagram media (posts, reels, captions, media URLs, timestamps, permalinks)
- Authorization tokens required to access the above data
We do not collect or store:
- Instagram passwords
- Private messages (DMs)
- Contact lists
- Personal information of Instagram followers
How to Request Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your data using either of the methods below.
Option 1
Remove the App via Meta / Instagram
- 1Go to your Meta Account Settings
- 2Navigate to Apps and Websites
- 3Locate business-feed-pipeline
- 4Click Remove
Once removed:
- The App will no longer have access to your Instagram account
- Access tokens are invalidated
- Stored Instagram data is deleted or no longer refreshed

Please include:
- •Your Instagram username
- •The website associated with the integration (if applicable)
We will verify your request and complete deletion within 30 days.
What Happens After Deletion
After your deletion request is processed:
- Access tokens are permanently revoked
- Cached Instagram media is deleted
- No further Instagram data is collected or refreshed
Some minimal records may be retained temporarily if required by law or for security, auditing, or compliance purposes.
